AK Steel breakthrough in lock-out?

AK Steel, which locked out nearly 2,700 union workers at its Middletown Works more than two months ago, said Wednesday it has a tentative agreement on a new contract with its approximately 200 hourly production and maintenance workers at its Zanesville Works.

The agreement, which would replace the contract that expires May 20, is subject to ratification by members of United Auto Workers
